We accommodate up to 6 people (eventually up to 7 if there is a small child). The minimum staying nights in low and mid season: 5 nights. Minimun staying in high season: 7 nights. In speacial holidays as Carnival, Easter, Christmas and NYE we apply the high season rate. Discount rates for long staying (2 weeks or monthly).
Full House
- Accommodation: full house (with private swimming pool).
- Fully equiped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils needed for cooking (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.).
- Private Pool (salt) available 24 hours / day (we don’t provide pool towels).
- Patio dining table and social zone, also with an outdoor cold/hot shower.
- Amenities: Bed clothing and bath towels for 6 people are included. Towels for the swimming pool are not provided. Private higiene amenities are provided. The products are natural and ecofriendly. There is an iron and ironing board.
- Cleaning and changing of bath and bed linen is done weekly (i.e. only for stays longer than 7 nights). Pool maintenance and cleaning is done 1x a week.
- Parking lot there is car parking available outside of the house, not exclusive.
- Heating with air condition in the kitchen/living room and in the third room (annex).
- Wi-Fi (MEO – 40MBps) : free.
- High Speed Wi-Fi (Starlink) : 5€ / day.
Booking Conditions
- Booking confirmation – 50% payment
- Check-in between 16:00 and 20:00 / Check-out until 11:00
- Cancellation – until 30 days: full refund. Between 30 and 7 days: half refund.
- Deposit – 300€ until 24h before check-in
- Tourist Tax – Visitors need to pay 1€ per person per night at the spot when check-in.
